Meatball Nirvana! Cover with your favorite red sauce and serve with pasta or in crusty garlic bread rolls."    Original Recipe Yield 4 Servings Ingredients 1 pound extra lean ground beef 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 small onion, diced 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup skim milk 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs Directions Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place the beef into a mixing bowl, and season with salt, onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs, and place onto a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes. That's why outside of our normal cleaning schedule, we "Spring Clean" several times a year and take that opportunity to refresh our accommodations.    Last year we provided several Spring cleaning tips that were so popular that you've asked for more.  So, back by popular demand are some of the remedies we use when getting into the Spring of things...  Dirty grout?  Combine baking soda and water until it resembles the consistency of toothpaste.  Apply to grout for approximately 15 minutes.  When dry, rinse with water.  ·         Dirty shower head?  Fill a Ziplock bag with enough vinegar to cover the problem area.  Leave overnight and the next morning it will be as good as new.  Red wine stains on your new carpet? No problem! Just dab a little bit of foaming shaving cream on the stain and voila! Good as new! Pet hair attacked your sofa? In a crunch, tape will pick up the hair or a wet dishwashing glove. Dusty lamp shades? Tape or lint brushes work wonders! Stubborn price tags? Not anymore! Rubbing alcohol is great and won't mess up your manicure! Wax on fabric or carpet? Place a paper towel over the spill and press it with your iron on low heat. The paper towel will absorb the wax and keep your iron clean. Cleaning glass and out of paper towels? Think green and try newspaper instead. It works great and you're recycling! Quick fixes:  Vacuum drapes with the appropriate attachments on the lowest setting and/or toss curtains in the dryer for a quick air-fluff. Also, don't forget to vacuum heating vents, light bulbs, door frames, windowsills and exposed light bulbs.   Happy Spring Cleaning!!             Chicken with Amazing Blue Cheese and Mushroom Sauce Submitted By: Stephanie Velez    Rich and delicious blue cheese and mushroom sauce that can double as a dip. If you like blue cheese, you will absolutely LOVE this recipe!!    Original Recipe Yield 4 Servings Ingredients 4 chicken breasts 1 small container of fresh sliced portabella mushrooms 1 7.6 oz can of Nestle Crema de leche (or) 1 7.6 oz can of Nestle table cream - premium quality 1 container Castello - Rosenborg crumbled Danish Blue Cheese 1 red onion (will use two chopped slices) ½ green bell pepper ½ red bell pepper Butter Olive oil ½ tsp white vinegar 2 Garlic cloves Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp of milk Directions for sauce/dip Set stovetop to low and add 3 tbsp. of olive oil, ¼ stick of butter, ½ tsp vinegar Sautee (2) chopped garlic cloves and approximately 2 slices of chopped red onion to the olive oil and butter for approximately 3-5 minutes Add crumbled blue cheese and 7.6 oz can of Nestle Crema de leche (or) 7.6 oz can of Nestle table cream - premium quality to sauce and stir continuously until thickened (15-20 minutes). If using Nestle table cream - premium quality, add one tsp of milk. If using Nestle Crema de leche, milk is not required Directions for chicken, bell pepper and mushrooms Set stovetop to medium and add 3 tbsp. of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste Place chicken on pan and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes or until it becomes lightly browned on each side Place chopped red bell pepper, green bell pepper and chopped portabella mushrooms around the chicken during the last 5-7 minutes of cooking Place chicken on plate, top with chopped bell peppers and chopped portabella mushrooms, add sauce and serve  North Star Corporate Housing is the ideal choice for Business and Leisure Travelers throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.  Our accommodations are pet friendly and perfect for extended stays of 30 days or longer for both you and your companions. Temporary Housing 101:  Can my pets stay with me in temporary housing?  Absolutely, North Star loves pets!  The only caveat would be that they don't exceed the number of pets and/or weight allowed in the accommodations and that they aren't on the accommodation's breed restricted list.
